Eden is a one bedroom cottage that is located in the heart of the garden route Sedgefield.Eden is a 20 min walk to beatiful beaches and 5min walk to the town centre.Eden has one double bedroom consiting a queen size bed and build in cubards with a radio in bedroom,all linen is provided .The bathroom consits of modern corner bath and shower with modern fittings and floor to ceiling tiles.The lounge is open plan with the kitchen and has a tv, dvd player ,wall panel heater and sofa.There is a sleepercouch which can be used for kids or 2 other adults.Eden has a sattelite dish installed you just have to bring your own decoder.The kitchen has built in cubards with toater,kettle,2 plate stove with oven and frige-freezer and microwave.There is a coffee plunger,cutlery and all utensils ect.When arriving there will be coffee,tea,sugar available and in the fridge some milk.The front sliding door opens up onto lovely little patio with braai area and table and chairs .

Cancellation from more than 2 weeks guest forfeit 50% and less than 2 weeks will forfeit full deposite.
Deposite of R500 will be acquired and will be given back after inspection on checkout .
Breakages policy:what ever is damaged will be replaced by tenant
