The Apartment is a GROUND FLOOR  two bedroom flat with two bathrooms that is located in the heart of the garden route Sedgefield.The Apartment is a 25 min walk to beatiful beaches and 5min walk to the town centre.The Apartment has one double bedroom consiting a double bed and build in cubards. The second bedroom has two single pine beds in the bedroom.All linen is provided .The bathroom consits of bath and shower with modern fittings  .The lounge is open plan with the kitchen and has a tv, dvd player .There is a sleepercouch which can be used for kids or 2 other adultsThe Apartment has a sattelite dish installed you just have to bring your own decoder.The kitchen has built in cubards with toater,kettle,oven with hob and frige-freezer and microwave and washing machine.There is  cutlery and all utensils ect.When arriving there will be coffee,tea,sugar available and in the fridge will be  milk.The back sliding door opens up onto lovely little patio with braai area and table and chairs .

Terms And Conditions

Cancellation from more than 2 weeks guest forfeit 50% and less than 2 weeks will forfeit full deposite.

Deposite of R500 will be acquired and will be given back after inspection on checkout .
Breakages policy:what ever is damaged will be replaced by client.
